Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride flakes, Icelandic Sea Salt

Enjoy Magnesium bath. Add the half bag of the Magnesium Flakes to your bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.

Footbath: Add 1/3 bag of Magnesium Flakes to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

It's recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin feel pleasant, smooth and supple.
