Organic Brown Kelp (Laminara digitata) from Reykholar in the West
fjords of Iceland and fine flaky Icelandic sea salt from Nordur&Co also
in the Westfjords with granulated chilli. Especially delicious on fish
dishes and as a finishing salt e.g. on roasted bread.
